1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Shalom Tales (shalomtales.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Shalom Tales provides a platform for Jewish families to create personalized children's storybooks using artificial intelligence. Our stories weave faith-based values and Jewish messages throughout. Our service includes the generation of digital storybooks (PDF) and temporary online hosting for sharing.

3. One-Time Purchase

Shalom Tales is a one-time purchase service. We do not offer subscriptions. You will be charged a single fee ($24 or $39 depending on the selected package) for each storybook created. Prices are in USD.

4. License and Ownership

• Your License: Upon purchase, Shalom Tales grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to download, print, and share the resulting PDF storybook for personal, non-commercial use.
• AI-Generated Content: The text and illustrations in your storybook are original works generated by AI based on your inputs, designed with Jewish values and faith-based messaging. While you own the copy of the book you purchase, Shalom Tales retains the rights to the underlying templates and AI processes used to create the content.
• Online Sharing: We provide a hosted URL to view your story online for 90 days. We do not guarantee permanent hosting of this digital version.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Shalom Tales only for lawful purposes. You may not provide inputs that are offensive, illegal, or violate the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate our content safety policies. As a Jewish platform, we decline story requests that conflict with biblical values or family-friendly content standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shalom Tales is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shalom Tales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific storybook in question.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
